Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Brainstorm mobile applications (the "Service") operated by Brainstorm ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)") or as a one-time payment ("Lifetime"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (for subscriptions) or a single time (for lifetime access).
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (like PayHere, Google Play, or Apple App Store). We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial details.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our A/L Subject Apps strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We offer a referral program where users can gain free access to premium features by inviting friends. This program is subject to change and may be terminated at our discretion. Any manipulation or fraudulent use of the referral system will result in the immediate termination of your account and access.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brainstorm and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright and other laws of Sri Lanka.
In no event shall Brainstorm, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
